Getting Started with Support Coordination
We will guide with your NDIS supports or Aged care package coordination, map out the budget and plan. Reviews are a specialty to assist you to increase your budget or get the best plan to suit your needs. We are here to answer any questions you may have and give you the time you need to understand the NDIS processes. Are you looking for assistance to apply for NDIS or need to go to the tribunal to appeal a decision, we can assist with this.
Our Staff
I am the director of a small boutique business based on the Gold Coast servicing participants in Queensland and Nsw as well as remotely throughout Australia. I believe in supporting participants to fully utilise their package as well as meeting goals and achieving outcomes.
I have a wealth of industry experience and have always been drawn to helping those in need.

Our Story
Making It Count Australia has decades of experience helping people navigate disability services, NDIS plans and aged care support. Over the years, we have helped hundreds of people understand their funding, coordinate services, prepare for reviews, find suitable providers and advocate for the support they genuinely need.
Our approach has always been personal and practical. We listen carefully, explain options clearly and work alongside our clients — not just for them. Whether someone is new to the NDIS or has been navigating it for years, we meet them where they are and help them take the next step with confidence.
We are based in Queensland and New South Wales and offer remote support to clients across Australia. Distance is never a barrier to receiving experienced, attentive guidance.
